We are a France-based online nail store.

 

Which locations do you ship to?

We ship to addresses throughout France and to locations in Europe and beyond. If you are outside France, contact us to confirm that we can ship to your address.

 

Are our products cruelty-free?

All our products are cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and hypoallergenic.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Sugar Coated Nails currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

 

How can I track my order?

You can track your order using our website’s Track My Order feature.

 

Can I change an order after placing it?

We process and dispatch most orders within 24 hours. So, you may not be able to modify your order after this timeframe. We can’t make changes to your order after it has been shipped out.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You may be able to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. However, you won’t be able to cancel your order if it has been shipped out. If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to support@dermopronails.com immediately.

 

When will my order arrive?

We do our best to process and dispatch orders within 1 – 3 days after confirming your payment. Our customers usually get their products in 3 – 5 business days. If you are outside France, your product will likely take longer to arrive.

 

What do I do if an item is missing in my order?

Please check the packing slip to confirm the item is included in the shipment. Sometimes, we split orders into multiple packages to pack your orders quickly and efficiently. If the item is not included in the packing slip, please allow  1 – 2 additional days to receive the product. If you don’t receive the missing item after this wait, kindly contact us immediately. We will fix the issue quickly if the fault is from our end.

 

What do I do if I receive a damaged item?

We pack all products carefully and in line with the best standards. In the very rare event that you receive damaged items, please let us know immediately. We will investigate the damage and determine the best way to resolve the issue quickly.
