Where we deliver
We deliver our nail products throughout France and to some locations in Europe and beyond. If you are outside of France, please contact us to confirm that we can deliver to your address before placing an order. We will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
Free Shipping
DERMOPRO offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders totalling €50 or more. Please note that this applies to delivery within France only. If you want your orders delivered to a location outside of France, we will give you a shipping quote and dispatch your item after we receive the payment.
Delivery Times
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 – 3 days after confirming your payment. We will advise you on the estimated delivery date shortly after you place your order. These delivery time frames are estimates, and some orders may take a little longer. In the very rare event that you don’t receive your products in the set time frame, please contact us immediately.
Order Tracking
We will send you a notification as soon as we dispatch your order. Once you receive this email, you can track your order on our website using your email address and order number.
Customs
Delivery outside France may be subject to import duties and taxes when they arrive at their destination. You are fully liable for these fees and other additional customs clearance charges. DERMOPRO has no control over these charges and cannot estimate how much they may be.
Lost or damaged items
At DERMOPRO , we take great care to ensure your products are delivered correctly and undamaged. However, in the unlikely event you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please inform us immediately.
Our team will investigate the issue and contact you on the next step. While we are always happy to help our customers resolve delivery issues, we are not liable for lost, incorrect or damaged orders. DERMOPRO reserves the right to replace or refund these packages once the delivery service marks them as delivered.
